Sitecheck Assess is ideal for use by general commercial conveyancers. It
provides a detailed environmental risk report with a professional opinion
from Wilbourn Associates Chartered Surveyors, ensuring complete
protection and reliance against Part IIA of the Environmental Protection
Act 1990.
Available for any site or property in mainland Great Britain, Sitecheck
Assess identifies potentially contaminative sites within 500m of the site
boundary, using high quality accurate data from reliable sources. It
includes a large scale OS location map and a neighbourhood context map,
together with detailed information examining current and historical land
use and sensitivity.
